The Semantic IoT embodies a vision within information and communication tech- nology that harmonizes two essential paradigms of the decade: the Semantic Web and the Internet of Things. The necessity for interoperability in IoT, particularly in terms of semantics, serves as a crucial driving force behind the progress of Semantic IoT. This comparison covers 11 related articles and compares the features of different IoT-based Ontologies from different domains such as Industry 4.0, Manufacturing, Edge Computing, Robotics and Steel Production etc. Several research questions are there to respond by this comparison: RQ1: Is there ontology is designed in the proposed work? RQ2: What is the name of designed Ontology? RQ3: Which methodology has been applied to ontology development? RQ4:Which ontologies are reused to design the proposed ontology? RQ5: Which domain is covered by the developed ontology?
