Statistical Uncertainty under Extreme Class Imbalance: An Auditable Applied-Statistics Study of Accreditation in Ecuadorian Higher Education

This repository contains the public reproducibility package accompanying the manuscript “Statistical Uncertainty under Extreme Class Imbalance: An Auditable Applied-Statistics Study of Accreditation in Ecuadorian Higher Education”. The package includes de-linked analytical data, original public SENESCYT/SIIES source workbooks, R and Python code, corrected manuscript figures, supplementary tables and figures, computational-environment documentation, licences, and data-governance materials. The linked CACES–SENESCYT workbook, identifiable institutional mappings, and minority-case profiles are not included because complete anonymisation cannot be guaranteed.
