资源简介:
Fumaric acid is an intermediate metabolite of the tricarboxylic acid cycle in the metabolic process of organisms. Related studies have shown that the addition of disodium fumarate can significantly promote the proliferation of cellulolytic bacteria and improve the ability of rumen mixed microorganisms and rumen cellulolytic bacteria to ferment roughage. In this study, lactating cows were supplemented with disodium fumarate to explore the effects of different concentrations of disodium fumarate on rumen microbial diversity of lactating cows. Therefore, we explored the effects of adding disodium fumarate to the diet on the health, production performance and rumen microorganisms of lactating dairy cows, aiming to provide corresponding data support for disodium fumarate as a ruminant feed additive.
