Effective conductivity of 2D assemblies of disks: microstructure generation, FEM and EIM estimates

This dataset contains all data required for the analysis of the macroscopic conductivity of 2D assemblies of disks: description of the microstructures (coordinates of centers of disks), geometry files (for meshing), FE scripts. A control-variate based variance reduction technique is used to reduce the statistical error on the Monte-Carlo estimates of the average conductivity.
