Pigment composition of <i>Sclerotinia</i>-infected plants.

Four-week-old Arabidopsis leaves were inoculated with Sclerotinia for 3 h and kept under a light intensity of 130 μmol m-2 s-1. Xanthophylls were subjected to HPLC analysis after extraction with pre-cooled acetone. Pigment content was normalized to 100 Chl a+b molecules, except for Chl a/b.
