Photograph of a drawing. "For Music Lovers -- The proposed Los Angeles Opera House would overlook Lafayette Park in the Wilshire district. It would be built on an 11-acre site, with 746 feet of frontage on West Sixth Street between Benton Way and Occidental Boulevard. For a distance of 650 feet, the tract extends north of Sixth Street.
