This data contains measurement items on R&D project performance and six dimensions of innovation-enhancing high performance work practices (HPWP). The six dimensions are HPWP-oriented employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, rewards and compensation, employee participation; and job design. Data was collected via printed self-administered questionnaire.<br>Survey respondents- R&D project leaders and members who are employees of government research institutes (GRI), universities, private R&D companies, and R&D units within companies. <br>
