根据道路条件及车辆轨迹等数据从时间和空间颗粒度上建立统一的数据格式和最小事件识别单元，通过最小路段单元的检测器所监测的异常交通状态识别交通异常事件。实现对无检测器局部点位的交通异常事件的识别。

Based on data including road conditions and vehicle trajectories, a unified data format and minimum event recognition unit are constructed with consideration of both temporal and spatial granularities. Traffic abnormal events are identified by detecting abnormal traffic states monitored by detectors deployed on minimum road segment units, which enables the recognition of traffic abnormal events at local locations where no detectors are installed.
