Diabetes Exercise Prescroption Protocols (DEPP)

This dataset contains 766 structured exercise prescription protocols manually curated from 529 English‑language studies (1986–2025) on diabetes and physical activity. Protocols are organized using the extended FITT‑VP‑WC framework, which adds Warnings and Contraindications to the classic FITT‑VP principles (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type, Volume, Progression). Data are provided as an Excel (.xlsx) file with nine relational tables covering diabetes characteristics, health baselines, exercise interventions, and safety measures. The resource supports evidence‑based, personalized exercise prescription for healthcare professionals. The accompanying web platform is freely available at http://depp.sysbio.org.cn.
