A Th1-like CD4+ T-cell Cluster that Predicts Disease-free Survival in Early-Stage Lung Cancer

We performed scRNAseq of T cells in pre- and postoperative PBMCs and TILs of lung cancer patients, and analyzed gene expression pattern, TCR clonotypes, and numerical correlations among them.
