Research Data Supporting "Owner Acceptance and Ergonomic Design Priorities for a Conceptual Canine Emesis Containment Device"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the manuscript "Owner Acceptance and Ergonomic Design Priorities for a Conceptual Canine Emesis Containment Device" (IJHFE-359740), submitted to the International Journal of Human Factors and Ergonomics. The repository contains anonymised questionnaire responses from 100 dog owners, Spanish-language responses from 10 veterinarians with English translations, a traceable qualitative coding record covering six thematic categories, and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) matrix with requirement weights, relationship scores and calculated technical priorities. The dataset documents an exploratory mixed-methods assessment conducted in Metropolitan Lima, Peru, and supports the reported descriptive, qualitative and QFD findings. The study evaluated a conceptual device only. No physical prototype, animal intervention, clinical validation or functional performance testing was conducted.
