BTS Raw Data
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the raw scanning fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (sFCS) data accompanying our publication describing the brightness transit statistics (BTS) analysis: Quantifying biomolecular organisation in membranes with brightness-transit statisticsbyFalk Schneider, Pablo F. Cespedes, Narain Karedla, Michael L. Dustin, Marco Fritzsche The publication can be found here: [LINK to publication will be added when published online] The files are organized as .zip-files by Figure and condition:Figure1_FreeDiffusionSimulation.zip: Simulated sFCS data of freely diffusing molecules of different brightness and at different diffusion coefficients. Figure1_OligomerizationSimulations.zip: Simulated sFCS data on freely diffusing molecules at different oligomeric states. Figure 2_EGFP-His_data: Raw sFCS data (from Zeiss780) on EGFP-His on supported lipid bilayer as control and treated with anti-GFP antibody and secondary antibody as well as anti-GFP nanobody Figure2_CD40_in_vitro_data_concentration: Raw sFCS data (from Zeiss780) on CD40-His on supported lipid bilayer at different concentrations Figure2_AF488-His: Raw sFCS data (from Zeiss780) on AlexaFluor488-His on supported lipid bilayer. Figure2_CD40_invitro_antibodies_CD40LG: Raw sFCS data (from Zeiss780) of CD40-His (labelled with AF488) on supported lipid bilayer and treated with anti-CD40 antibodies or CD40LG. Figure3_CD40_bilayer_with_cells: Raw sFCS data (from Zeiss780) on CD40-AF488 on supported lipid bilayer in presence of T cells (stimulated and quiescent).
