Human B cell immunoglobulin repertoire analysis following West Nile Virus infection. Homo sapiens

West Nile Virus (WNV) infection is an emerging mosquito-borne disease that can lead to neurological illness and currently has no available treatment or vaccine. We have analyzed the B cell immunoglobulin (Ig) repertoire in recently infected and post-convalescent WNV subjects to aid in our basic understanding of this disease and to inform potential vaccination strategies.
