2011年长白山演替序列土壤真菌T-RFLP数据

本数据集包含了我国东北长白山温带森林（中国科学院长白山森林生态系统定位研究站）的七种森林类型共21个土壤样品的土壤真菌群落结构测定与分析结果数据（xlsx格式，以及土壤微生物ITS rRNA的T-RFLP测序原始数据集（fsa格式）。每种森林类型分别设置了3个重复样地: 重复1，重复2，重复3; 每个基础样方单位面积50×50 m2。This dataset contains the measured and analyzed data of soil fungal community structures for 21 soil samples collected from seven forest types in the temperate forest of Changbai Mountain, Northeast China (Changbai Mountain Forest Ecosystem Research Station, Chinese Academy of Sciences). The dataset includes XLSX-format files containing the analytical results, as well as the raw T-RFLP sequencing dataset of soil microbial ITS rRNA in FSA format. For each forest type, three replicate plots (Replicate 1, Replicate 2, Replicate 3) were established, with each basic sampling quadrat covering an area of 50 × 50 m².
