Fifty-nine proteins were significantly regulated upon stimulation with the ESAT-6/CFP-10 antigen cocktail in HC, 36 proteins were significantly regulated upon stimulation with the ESAT-6/CFP-10 antigen cocktail in LTBI, and four proteins were differently regulated upon stimulation with the ESAT-6/CFP-10 antigen cocktail in NTM, eight proteins were significantly regulated upon stimulation with the ESAT-6/CFP-10 antigen cocktail in active TB.
