Research Data on Navigation Technologies and Spatial Interaction

This dataset brings together publication-related research data and supplementary materials produced within the Swiss National Science Foundation project “Understanding and Improving the Society-level Effects of Navigation Techniques” (grant 200021_207430, 2022–2026). It covers six publications on gamified spatial exploration, navigation technologies and their social effects, mobile maps on foldable devices, OpenStreetMap-based descriptions of explored places, route-preview navigation, and the RideGuide multimodal conversational interface for robotaxis. The archive is organized by publication year and paper title. Each paper folder contains a README with the associated citation, DOI, file inventory, and reuse information. The collection includes survey instruments, coded datasets, interactive figures, extended tables, study materials, landmark-recall measures, and highlighted chatbot transcripts. The RideGuide software is archived separately at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15699734.
