Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data acquired along the East Pacific Rise (EPR) during the Melville expedition GLOR08MV (1993)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based SeaBeam 2000 Multibeam Sonar system during Melville expedition GLOR08MV conducted in 1993 (Chief Scientist: Dr. John Sinton). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Swath Bathymetry data that have not been processed. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Near-Ridge Seamounts on the Pacific Plate, 16 degrees - 19 degrees S: A 3-D Analysis of the Melting Regime at Superfast Spreading, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE91-16266.
