Data frame including: individual IDs (anonymized), their capture weight, the estimated age in hours when caught, the mother ID (again anonymized), mother status when calf was born, sex of the calf and chromosome-specific inbreeding coefficients for 33 autosomal chromosomes.This data was compiled as part of the Isle of Rum red deer project.
