Transcriptome sequencing to study the effect of PRL on follicular development

RNA-seq results showed that PRL not only affected the expression of granulosa cell proliferation and angiogenesis-related genes PCNA, protein kinase cAMP-activated catalytic subunit beta (PRKACB), mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 (MAPK3), angiopoietin-like 7 (ANGPTL7), and twisted gastrulation BMP signaling modulator 1 (TWSG1) but also regulated the expression of interleukin 15 (IL15).
