牵引车相关专利情况分布分析数据

通过采集、分析国内牵引车产品的知识产权相关数据，对数据按专利权利人进行归集，统计企业及个人在牵引车产品中拥有的专利总数和专利布局情况和牵引车产品现有专利分布数据，了解国内牵引车产品企业及个人的专利大致情况，计算得到针对不同类型知识产权的数量及占比，以帮助国内牵引车产品研发生产的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。1、数据采集：通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、关键字等信息，由第三方知识产权检索网站检索，对国内牵引车产品相关的授权和审核中的发明专利、实用新型、外观专利的信息进行采集。2、数据处理：对采集到的原始数据进行处理，通过去除重复和有缺失的数据，对数据进行清理分类。3、数据计算：对采集的数据按专利权利人进行归集，统计该专利权利人和国内牵引车产品整体的专利总数，及各类型专利的数量，发明专利数量/专利总数=发明专利占比，实用新型数量/专利总数=实用新型占比，外观专利数量/专利总数=外观专利占比。4、数据应用：根据企业各类专利的比例范围与牵引车产品整体中各类专利占比情况相比较，了解企业专利布局情况，并为企业后续申报专利类型提供指导方向，为不同规模的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导，合理布局专利。

This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing intellectual property (IP) related data of domestic tractor products. The data is aggregated by patent assignees, and the total number of patents, patent layout status, and existing patent distribution data of tractor products owned by enterprises and individuals in the tractor product field are counted, so as to figure out the general IP situation of domestic enterprises and individuals engaged in tractor product R&D and production. The quantity and proportion of different types of intellectual property are calculated, to help relevant enterprises formulate IP strategies and obtain patent application guidance.

1. Data Collection: Relevant authorized and pending invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents for domestic tractor products are retrieved from third-party IP retrieval websites based on information such as regions, IPC classification numbers of patents, patent names, and keywords.
2. Data Processing: The collected raw data is processed by removing duplicate and missing records, and conducting cleaning and classification work.
3. Data Calculation: The collected data is aggregated by patent assignees. The total number of patents of the target patent assignee and the overall domestic tractor product field, as well as the quantity of each type of patent, are counted. The proportion of invention patents is calculated as (number of invention patents / total number of patents), the proportion of utility model patents as (number of utility model patents / total number of patents), and the proportion of design patents as (number of design patents / total number of patents).
4. Data Application: By comparing the proportion range of various patents of a single enterprise with the proportion of various patents in the overall domestic tractor product field, the patent layout status of the enterprise can be clarified. This work provides guidance for enterprises to select subsequent patent application types, formulates IP strategies and offers patent application guidance for enterprises of different scales, so as to help enterprises rationally layout their patent portfolios.
