资源简介:
Inoculation of AM fungi can affect plant secondary metabolic pathways, but studies on the composition and function of AM fungal communities affecting the secondary metabolite content of Acer truncatum Bunge are rare. We selected 10 typical A. truncatum plantations in southern Shaanxi Province for research and used the entropy weight method to divide A. truncatum into two grades (ordinary trees and superior trees). The interaction between arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi and different grades of plant populations was compared. The effects of AM fungal community, soil fertility, climatic factors, and plant nutrients on the content of flavonoid and chlorogenic acid were studied.
