Single-cell atlases of two lophotrochozoan larvae highlight their complex evolutionary histories

Single cell atlases of platyhelminth Mu¨ller's larva and mollusc trochophore larva reveal homologous cell types and phylum specific novelties Overall design: 10x genomics 3' GEX single cell sequencing was performed on trochophore larvae of Crassostrea gigas (3'v2) and 1-day old Muller's larvae of Prostheceraeus crozieri (3'v3.1). Raw fastqs and filtered matrix counts, barcodes and features of libraries Cg1 (Crassostrea gigas), Pc3 and Pc4 (Prostheceraeus crozieri repeat 3 and 4) are made available.
