资源简介:
Dysbiosis of bacterial and fungal communities in the gut has been associated with inflammatory diseases and cancer. Since the most of the researchers work with the luminal samples of the gut content, we focused on the microbes closely associated with the mucosa and analyzed them according to gastrointestinal tract compartment. We conclude that colorectal cancer-associated dysbiotic microbiome differs between colon compartments, and particularly complex of certain genera, such as Fusobacterium, Campylobacter, Parvimonas and Selenomonas has potential to improve colorectal cancer detection.
