Effect of knockout of UPF1 on gene expression during differentiation in early LPre-B stage.

To investigate the role of UPF1 in the early Lpre-B cells (Fixable Viability Dye-, CD19+, B220+, sIgM-, CD43+, FSChi, CD2-), we isolated early Lpre-B cells from bone marrow derived from control or Upf1-cKO mice. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of Control or Upf1-cKO early Lpre-B cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for early Lpre-B cells derived from control or Upf1-cKO mice.
