Supporting data and code for calcium intake from different sources and colorectal cancer risk: a meta-analysis of prospective cohort studies

This record contains extracted analysis data, Python scripts and ROBINS-E assessment records supporting the meta-analysis of calcium intake and colorectal cancer incidence. The ZIP preserves the original directory structure and CSV inputs. The code covers Figures 2-4 and S1-S9; the PRISMA flow diagram is supplied separately. Primary dose-response data using reported person-years are separated from expanded sensitivity data incorporating estimated person-years. ROBINS-E records cover 24 specified representative results.
