How the wild sugarcane resource Miscanthus floridulus responds to low-temperature stress: The physiological and transcriptomic basis.

Seedlings of Miscanthus floridulus were subjected to cold stress in an incubator. After three days of cold stress treatment, the leaves of the seedlings from the control and low temperature stress treatments were collected, and three replicates of sampling were used per treatment. Miscanthus floridulus under cold stress was labeled as WL, and the control was labeled as WC. Three biological replicates were used for each treatment.
