Draft genome sequence of Aurantiochytrium spp.. Aurantiochytrium

This project determined the draft genome of the strains of Aurantiochytrium sp., which can produce unsaturated fatty acids from food wastes. The genome was sequenced with short (Novaseq, Illumina) and long read (MinION, Oxford Nanopore Technologies) sequencing technologies and assembled.
