Supporting Information for genome assembly paper of six Erwinia mallotivora Philippine isolates

In this study, we provide the first whole genome sequences of Philippine isolates of E. mallotivora to significantly contribute to the scarce genomic knowledge for this species in comparison with other members of the genus Erwinia for facilitated species identification and downstream functional genomics studies.
