VPRS 15348 Submissions to Victorian Tidy Towns Competition (GRS 1278)

This record series comprises the City of Geelong's submissions to the Victorian Tidy Towns Competition for the years 1983 to 1986. Each year's submission is presented in a folder. The folders measure 43.5cm x 35cm. The submissions are addressed to the Keep Australia Beautiful Council, the sponsor of the competition. The submissions include maps, posters, correspondence, reports, stickers, newspaper clippings, photographs and certificates.The records have been appraised as permanent in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Records General Disposal Schedule PROS 98/01 Version 2002 - Class Reference 21.4.1.
