Blue Crab Osmium Tetroxide Stained Osmoregulatory Patch

This data set includes double blind estimates of the proportion of blue crab gill lamellae that were stained with osmium tetroxide relative to the total lamellar area. 45 individual crabs of varying sizes and sexes were used in this experiment and were divided into 9 temperature x salinity treatments. For each crab, 15 lamellae were dissected from the 6th gill, 5 from each of the three sections of the 6th gill (proximal, middle, and distal).
