Response maps of carbon sequestration of degraded ecosystem to multi pathway ecological restoration in Lijiang River Basin

This dataset supports the findings of the study titled "Response maps of carbon sequestration of degraded ecosystem to multi-pathway ecological restoration in Lijiang River Basin". It comprises a comprehensive collection of multi-source spatial and temporal data used to analyze the hydrogeological conditions, vegetation restoration pathways, and ecosystem carbon sequestration dynamics in the karst-dominated Lijiang River Basin (LRB) from 1990 to 2023.The dataset includes:Remote Sensing Indices: Processed time series of Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) at 30m resolution.Hydrogeological Parameters: A refined set of 10 non-vegetation environmental factors (e.g., drainage density, terrain roughness, soil organic carbon) derived for 331 sub-watershed units.Carbon Sequestration Estimates: Modeled outputs of Net Ecosystem Productivity (NEP).Data are provided in GeoTIFF and CSV formats for ease of use in GIS and statistical software. This dataset is crucial for reproducing the study's results and for further research on karst ecosystem restoration and carbon cycle dynamics.
