In order to evaluate the role of Clostridioides difficile transferase toxin in the mouse model of C. difficile infection, a cdtB gene deletion in R20291 strain was performed using CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis. The genome of the cdtB mutant strain is provided in the current project.
