Windowing correlations

Correlations between reactivity profiles of MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, in virio, post extraction and post reassembly, from different preprocessing windows. The files ending wCorrs.csv contains average Pearson correlation coefficients (PCCs) between the reactivity profile for each window with the reactivity profiles generated in all other windows. Files ending wcorrMat.csv shows all the individual pairwise PCCs between reactivity profiles from different preprocessing windows. The primer used, treatment condition, and X-ray exposure time is provided in the label of the files. Analysis has been performed using the BoXFP software package.
