F_BLOCK and F_OVER sensitiviy experiments presented in: Guarino et al., 2025, GRL: A long-term shift in flow regimes over the Antarctic Peninsula. Files contain: EXPNAME_N_1km.nc --> Monthly means of the bottom 1km Brunt-Vaisala frequency over Antarctica (land points only) EXPNAME_absolute_GW_SatStress.nc --> Montly means of the Aboslute Gravity Wave Satuartion Stress (Time, Latitude, Longitude, Model Levels) below 60S. Where EXPNAME is 'F_OVER' and 'F_BLOCK' for the Flow-Over and Flow-Blocking regime experiments.
