General author cluster for the Modern LaTeX Editions of Mathematics Manuscripts project. This record holds working packets for authors that are not yet split into dedicated author records, including Minkowski, Hecke, Landau, Frobenius, Poincare, Kneser, Kronecker, Picard, Klein-Fricke, and related classical mathematics. Some former mixed-shelf authors now have dedicated records; older copies here remain backstop/provenance where present. Status at a glance. This is a staging shelf. Some packages are source-checked working drafts; others are update packets, provenance, or repair materials. Adds poincare_v1_20.zip and Frobenius_all_GE_EN_cum_scans_QA03_20260611.zip. The Poincare package extends the Tome I French/English working branch through Chapters XII and XIII of Sur les courbes définies par une équation différentielle, covering source witnesses v1_0263 through v1_0273. It includes current and cumulative TeX/PDF outputs, ledgers, render checks, and source-derived crops for figures 30, 31, and 32; the next continuation point is Chapter XIV at v1_0274. The Frobenius QA03 package is a self-containment and integrity update for the selected Frobenius group-character/hypercomplex sequence. Its declared ten selected items are 053, 054, 056, 057, 058, 059, 060, 061, 070, and 071; the package reports German cumulative 182 pages, English cumulative 176 pages, cumulative source scans 241 pages, and QA03 checks covering 46 readable PDFs and 24 self-contained TeX files. It is a selected-sequence cumulative/QA package, not a claim that all Frobenius works are complete. Also current in this version. The same surface retains Kneser_LVR_hqfig_p0158_0177_DE_EN_20260611.zip as the preferred Kneser p0158-p0177 figure/source-witness correction, plus earlier routed support packets where useful.
