Entrepreneurial Resilience Capacity under Extreme Uncertainty: Ukrainian University Students, 2023–2025 This dataset contains anonymized survey data collected from Ukrainian university students during the third, second, and first years of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine (2023–2025). The dataset was designed to investigate the concept of Entrepreneurial Resilience Capacity (ERC) under conditions of prolonged extreme uncertainty and crisis. The study applies a repeated cross-sectional design and includes three independent survey waves conducted in 2023 (n = 233), 2024 (n = 217), and 2025 (n = 210), resulting in a total sample of 660 respondents. The dataset contains demographic and educational characteristics of respondents, information about entrepreneurial and practical experience, entrepreneurial intentions, and self-assessments of eight entrepreneurial resilience dimensions: Passion, Initiative, Risk-taking, Open-mindedness, Creativity, Innovativeness, Self-efficacy, and Persistence. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a standardized measurement instrument that remained unchanged across all three survey waves. The dataset can be used for research in entrepreneurship, resilience studies, entrepreneurial education, youth entrepreneurship, crisis management, wartime economics, and higher education research. It is particularly suitable for studies employing confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), measurement invariance testing, structural equation modeling (SEM), and comparative analysis across periods of extreme environmental uncertainty. All data are fully anonymized and contain no personally identifiable information.
