ITCR Connectivity Map

This network shows the interactions between projects funded under the Informatics Technology for Cancer Research (ITCR) program and the bioinformatic tools they create.
Nodes and Edges in the graphic can be selected to show information about the tools, their integration, status of the collaboration and "Evidence" of its completion.
Edges that provide an "Evidence" for tools integration are thicker compared to the others.
The tool size is determined by the Connectivity Score, that is calculated by assigning 1 point for "Ongoing" (blue) connection, or 3 points for "Existing" (orange) connection.

New tools added to the map in the latest annual update are colored in green. A thick black border indicates tools with active ITCR awards as of August 2025.
