Resting-state complex-valued fMRI dataset
收藏资源简介:
This upload contains 82 resting-state complex-valued fMRI datasets used in the manuscript Uncovering abnormal patterns of schizophrenia from fMRI source phase. The dataset includes 42 schizophrenia patients and 40 healthy controls from the COBRE project. The manuscript applies a source phase-magnitude awareness framework to complex-valued fMRI data, using independent component analysis to estimate source magnitude and source phase maps. The analyses focus on phase polarity transitions within activation regions, including the default mode, auditory, and executive control networks, and examine their relationship to activation magnitude and schizophrenia-control group differences. The data were originally acquired at the University of New Mexico / Mind Research Network using a Siemens 3T TIM Trio scanner. Resting-state fMRI scans were acquired with TR = 2 s, TE = 29 ms, field of view = 24 cm, acquisition matrix = 64 × 64, flip angle = 75°, slice thickness = 3.5 mm, and slice gap = 1 mm.
