In this sense, 5814 documents were manually annotated and 7424 were fully automatically processed to reconstruct the first online gluten-related knowledge database of evidenced health-related interactions that produce health or metabolic changes based on the literature. In addition, the automatic processing of the literature combined with the knowledge representation methodologies proposed has the potential to assist in the revision and analysis of years of gluten research.据此而言，研究团队对5814份文档开展人工标注，另对7424份文档完成全自动化处理，以此构建了首个基于已发表文献的、收录经实证验证的可引发健康或代谢改变的谷蛋白（gluten）相关健康交互作用的在线知识库。此外，结合所提出的知识表示方法开展的文献自动化处理流程，有望助力多年来谷蛋白相关研究的复盘与分析工作。
