our study implemented MPTP-induced PD in vivo model and MPP+-induced in vitro model to explore the therapeutic effect of berberine on dopaminergic neurons degeneration and to elucidate the role of autophagy in ameliorating α-synuclein accumulation in PD. So we used WB to detect the related indexes of TH,a-synuclein and the protein of autophagy in the experiment.
