Supplementary material for 'Investigating the impact of insertion sequences and transposons in the genomes of the most significant phytopathogenic bacteria', as described in Microbial Genomics.In this article provide a catalogue of transposable elements, both Insertion Sequences and Transposons in the genomes of an extensive range of major plant pathogens which include 270 complete genomes: Pseudomonas syringae pathovars, Ralstonia solanacearum, Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, Xanthomonas campestris pathovars, Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. manihotis, Erwinia amylovora, Xylella fastidiosa, Dickeya (dadantii and solani), and Pectobacterium (carotovorum and atrosepticum).
