Soil high-throughput sequencing results

This project aims to investigate the diversity and composition of soil fungal communities in the control (clean tillage) plots of a 'Han Su' pear orchard located at Shenyang Agricultural University, Liaoning, China. High-throughput sequencing of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region was performed to characterize the fungal community structure.
