在合肥工业大学利用真空箱测量该工艺场景各环境负荷进行收集。采集工艺为TIG,采集条件为密闭式采集,焊接材料为铝焊丝,母材为铝合金板,采集了CO2、NOx、O3、PM2.5、PM10等物质,采集数据为原始采集,以实验稳定值作为最终结果。
Data collection was conducted at Hefei University of Technology, where various environmental loads in this process scenario were measured using a vacuum chamber. The collection process adopted TIG welding, with airtight collection conditions. Aluminum welding wire was used as the welding material, and aluminum alloy plates served as the base material. Substances including CO₂, NOₓ, O₃, PM2.5, PM10 and others were collected. The collected data were raw experimental measurements, and the final results were derived from the stable values obtained in the experiments.
