Oryza sativa cultivar:Nipponbare Transcriptome or Gene expression

For RNA-Seq library synthesis, total RNA was first depleted of rRNA using the Ribo-Zero rRNA Removal Kit and linear RNA using the enzyme RNase R. Sequencing libraries for Illumina Hiseq 3000 platform were constructed according to the manufacturer's instructions (Illumina). Sequencing was then performed as a 2×150 paired end (PE) run.
