资源简介:
Elsholtzia as medicinal plants and herbs, is with high economic value. Based on the study of the taxonomic revision and system of the genus, the author analyzed the species of Elsholtzia from three aspects of the geographical distribution, medicinal value and essential oil biosynthesis. Then, E.bodinieri is selected as a representative to study leaf structure, content and chemical components of essential oil, and gene diversity and expression of GPP synthase and cineole synthase in the same environment factors in different seasons. The correlation of leaf structure, gene expression, environment factors, and content and chemotype of essential oil will be studied on the basis. At last, the mechanisms of GPP synthase and cineole synthase and environmental factors on the content and chemotype of essential oil studied, will lay the foundation for evaluation of germplasm resources, varieties selection, and utilization of E. bodinieri.
