Analysis of LDLR-/- Type and LDLRP2Y6R-/- Macrophage Transcriptomes after atherosclerosis

The goals of this study are to investigate the effect of P2Y6R knockout in macrophage transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to understand how P2Y6R regulates macrophage during atherosclerosis. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 4 different bone marrow macrophages with ox-LDL at LDLR-/- and LDLR-/-P2Y6R-/- mice.
