通过采集本企业生产压机检验环节各型号刹车片检验外观参数数据,通过数据测量采集计算分析数据,得到该批次产品生产合格率等相关产品数据信息,应用场景主要用于为企业该项刹车片生产批次合格率提供数据支持。通过专门测量仪器获取数据。合格率算法:产品在实验测量台上测得实际长度、实际高度、实际厚度,按照每款产品批次标准尺寸测量长度误差绝对值(实际长度-标准长度)、测量高度误差绝对值(实际高度-标准高度)、测量厚度误差绝对值(实际厚度-总成厚度),再计算加权误差(计算方法为加权平均,综合误差=长度误差绝对值*0.33+高度误差绝对值*0.33+厚度误差绝对值*0.33),综合误差值小于2%数据记为合格数据。

Qualification rate calculation method: The actual length, actual height and actual thickness of the product are measured on an experimental measuring station. The absolute errors of length (actual length - standard length), height (actual height - standard height) and thickness (actual thickness - assembly thickness) are calculated based on the standard dimensions of each product batch. Subsequently, the weighted error is calculated via weighted averaging: comprehensive error = absolute length error * 0.33 + absolute height error * 0.33 + absolute thickness error * 0.33. Data with a comprehensive error value lower than 2% is categorized as qualified data.
