母猪妊娠期背膘厚对繁殖性能的影响，采集方案：按体重选择约300头第3胎的同一品种母猪，然后随机分成5组，每组60头，每头母猪一个重复。然后测定背膘，消毒后进入试验期。
Effects of backfat thickness during gestation on reproductive performance of sows. Sampling protocol: Approximately 300 sows of the same breed at their third parity were selected based on body weight, then randomly assigned into 5 groups with 60 sows per group, with each sow serving as an independent experimental replicate. Backfat thickness was measured, and the experimental trial was commenced following disinfection.
