C-F, GalNac-T1 staining co-localizes with the β1 (C) or 1 (E) COP-I subunit exclusively at the Golgi (HPL) in unstimulated HeLa cells but also in dispersed punctate structures that stain positive for β1 (D) or 1 (F) COP-I after EGF treatment for 4 h.
Background:
HeLa cells were stained for GalNac-T1 (Alexa488), beta1-COPI (Alexa594) and GM130 (Alexa647)
