16s rDNA sequencing data associated with manuscript "Harnessing plant-microbiome interactions for bioremediation across a freshwater urbanization gradient" by authors AM O'Brien, ZH Yu, C Pencer, ME Frederickson, GH LeFevre, and E Passeport. Compressed archive includes annotated scripts, two README files (one each for QIIME2 calls and and R scripts), all other data in addition to 16s data, and select intermediate files.
